Dimitri Tsoumpas


Hailed form Edmonton, Dimitri got a scholarship to play football in Utah, where he received a BSc in Human Performance and a minor in Coaching and Nutrition.  Dimitri got drafted by the Calgary Stampeders in 2008 and won a Grey Cup in his rookie season.  Dimitri signed with the Miami Dolphins in 2010.  

Leesa Schlenker

Born and raised in Peachland, BC Leesa moved to Calgary in 2013 to attend the University of Calgary for Kinesiology.  Leesa practices Olympic Weightlifting with Mac Strength Weightlifting Team, she competed for the first time in April 2017 and is loving the challenge!

Joel is originally from Kelowna BC where he began developing a passion for athletics and sports performance.  His coaching philosophy is both demanding and supportive as he believes an optimal training environment is needed to create good habits and motivate his clients to achieving their goals.
