Hailed form Edmonton, Dimitri got a scholarship to play football in Utah, where he received a BSc in Human Performance and a minor in Coaching and Nutrition.  Dimitri got drafted by the Calgary Stampeders in 2008 and won a Grey Cup in his rookie season.  Dimitri signed with the Miami Dolphins in 2010.  He became the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Calgary Stampeders in 2014 and won a Grey Cup as a coach.  Dimitri’s passion continued to grow so he created Strength Shaman in 2016 as he wanted to get involved in the community and build lasting relationships with his clients while empowering them and inspiring them to be their best!

Born and raised in Peachland, BC Leesa moved to Calgary in 2013 to attend the University of Calgary for Kinesiology.  Leesa practices Olympic Weightlifting with Mac Strength Weightlifting Team, she competed for the first time in April 2017 and is loving the challenge!  Leesa also played high school soccer and did some distance running.  Leesa is very knowledgeable as she practices what she preaches and is very empathetic and understanding which really helps her clients connect.
