6 Weeks Long - It will take 6 weeks to start to see a difference in your body and properly learn the movements taught in the course. You'll get a detailed pamphlet with an outline and room to take notes. At the end of every session is a fun group workout with other beginners, lead by our experienced trainer, Leesa Schlenker.
2 Times a Week - Sessions will be held twice per week at set times. There are several time slots available to work for your needs.
Detailed Learning - Learn the details of how to train and move correctly so you can always have a great workout. The principles of this course have been developed and refined by experienced, professional strength trainer, Dimitri Tsoumpas.

The course is 6 weeks long, it begins on January 16th and is twice per week for one hour.
Course times are Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00, 10:00, or 11:00 am OR in the evening at 4:00, 5:00, or 6:00.
